04Meeting rooms & collaboration

Make the meeting the easy part.

People should be able to walk into a room, join the call and be heard. KENTEQ helps shape meeting spaces around that simple expectation.

The right help, at the right stage

Designed for the people on both sides of the call.

The display, camera, microphones and controls need to work together as one room experience. We consider room size, furniture, sightlines, remote participants and the IT environment, then define a consistent way to use and support the space.

When to involve KENTEQ

When creating or refreshing meeting rooms, standardising a room estate, improving hybrid meetings or resolving recurring user frustration.

01

Room standards & platform planning

Plan dedicated Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms or BYOD spaces around your organisation’s requirements and support arrangements.

02

Audio & camera experience

Consider microphone pickup, loudspeaker coverage, camera framing and the experience of people joining remotely.

03

Display & content sharing

Define practical display layouts and content-sharing workflows, including the connections people will actually use.

04

Controls & operational handover

Create clear control requirements, sensible room behaviours and guidance that helps users and support teams.

A useful outcome

Rooms people can get on with using.

Deliverables are agreed against your brief, site conditions and the level of involvement you need.

01

A room brief

Agreed platform, room functions, user journeys and requirements for the IT and delivery teams.

02

Technical coordination

Equipment requirements and documented interfaces for networking, accounts, licensing and room services.

03

A checked experience

Agreed installation or commissioning work, supported by useful handover information.

Before we start

A few practical
questions.

Every engagement starts with a clear scope. These are some of the things we can settle together.

Can we keep using laptops in the room?

Yes. BYOD or combined workflows can be considered as part of the brief, with clear decisions about connection methods, peripheral access and the user experience.

Can you help with divisible rooms?

Yes. Room-combining behaviour, audio routing, control ownership and meeting-platform operation need to be designed and tested together.

Who handles Microsoft or Zoom accounts and licences?

That responsibility is agreed with your IT team. KENTEQ can coordinate the room requirements, but accounts, subscriptions and platform administration need a named owner.

A project. A problem. A starting point.

Let’s make it work.

Bring the brief, the challenge or the system you already have. We’ll work out the next sensible step.
